August 15 (Friday – Assumption of Mary / Polish Armed Forces Day)
On this day, all GLS branches will be closed, and parcel deliveries will not be carried out.
The GLS Customer Service Line will also be unavailable.

August 16 (Saturday)
GLS branches will remain closed, and Saturday deliveries will not be possible. However,
the Customer Service Line will be available from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

August 17 (Sunday)
This is a non-operational day as per our standard schedule.

August 18 (Monday) GLS is returning to work according to its regular schedule. All operational processes will be resumed.

Szanowni Państwo,

W trosce o środowisko oraz usprawnienie procesu obsługi przesyłek, od 1 sierpnia rezygnujemy z papierowych potwierdzeń nadania na rzecz manifestów transportowych w formie elektronicznej.

Dotychczas manifesty drukowane były w dwóch egzemplarzach, a kurier podpisywał oba, pozostawiając jeden u klienta. Od teraz wystarczy wydrukować manifest tylko raz – kurier zeskanuje dokument bez konieczności składania podpisu. Wszystkie dokumenty będą archiwizowane elektronicznie i dostępne w chmurze.

W przypadku klientów przesyłających paczki do naszych oddziałów, manifest transportowy musi zostać umieszczony wewnątrz paczki zbiorczej.

Od 1 sierpnia obowiązkowe będzie zamykanie manifestów zgodnie z załączoną instrukcją. Prosimy o szczególną uwagę – w przypadku, gdy manifest nie zostanie zamknięty, a przesyłka nie będzie posiadać żadnego skanu – ani w naszym systemie, ani po stronie operatora – reklamacje dotyczące takiej przesyłki nie będą rozpatrywane.

Manifesty z dnia 1 sierpnia mogą jeszcze zawierać pewne rozbieżności, jednak od 2 sierpnia wszelkie niezgodności powinny zostać wyeliminowane.

Dla klientów korzystających z integracji, istnieje również możliwość zamykania manifestów przez API – w celu uzyskania szczegółowych informacji prosimy o kontakt z opiekunem.

W załączniku znajdą Państwo szczegółową instrukcję krok po kroku.

On 27.05.2025 we are changing the operator from BRT to Posta Italiane. On that day at 20:00 there will be a switchover from BRT to Posta Italiane .

From that moment on it will no longer be possible to send via BRT. Parcels that have been sent on BRT until the switchover will be delivered as scheduled.

In connection with the current wage negotiations at Deutsche Post AG, warning strikes by members of the ver.di union are taking place today in various regions across the country. The primary impact is on the delivery of parcels. Participation in the strikes varies in different regions and locations, which means the effects on our customers will differ.

As a result, there may be delays in the pickup and delivery of parcels today. However, we expect that these backlogs will be processed quickly in the coming days, depending on the end of the strike activities on-site, and that shipments can be delivered throughout this week.

As of the current status, only a low single-digit percentage of the daily package volume is affected by the warning strikes nationwide.
